What we do

One Job,
Done properly

ZG Sales Group is built around face-to-face acquisition. Today that means donor acquisition campaigns for nonprofit partners — we recruit the representatives, train them, and run the campaign operation behind the conversations.

Face-To-Face Donor Acquisition

Our current campaign work. Representatives meet members of the public in person on behalf of a nonprofit, explain the mission and the work being funded, answer questions honestly, and enroll the people who choose to support it.

Recruiting & Training The Team

We hire locally in Santa Rosa and train continuously — mission knowledge, sales process, and daily coaching on-site. The team is the service, so developing it is the other half of the business.

Standards

How We Work

Accurate representation

Representatives describe the campaign the way the nonprofit describes it. No exaggerated claims, no pressure.

Voluntary participation

The supporter decides whether to give, how much, and how often — and can change or stop it with the nonprofit at any time.

Clear reporting

Campaign activity and feedback from the campaign team go back to the partner on an agreed schedule.

Looking ahead

The Same System,
more ground

Recruiting, training, sales leadership, and performance management aren't specific to one campaign type. As ZG grows, the same infrastructure is designed to support other face-to-face acquisition work. Donor acquisition is what we run today.
